Group     Abandoned/Neglected Child: Holds feelings of being unloved, unsupported, or forgotten
     Inner Child: Contains the raw, vulnerable emotions and experiences from early life.
     Shame-Bearer: Carries deep-seated shame, guilt, or self-blame.
     Lonely/Rejection Self: Feels isolated, rejected, or unworthy of connection
     Traumatized Victim: Bears the emotional residue of abuse, neglect, or other forms of trauma.
     Grieving Self: Holds unresolved sadness or mourning from loss or abandonment.
     Hurt/Sad Child: Experiences profound sorrow linked to unmet needs or early hurt.
     Fearful/Anxious Self: Contains intense fears developed from past experiences.
     Inadequate/Deficient Self: Believes fundamentally that one is flawed, not enough, or unworthy.
     Hidden/Secret Self: Contains aspects of identity or desires that are suppressed due to fear of judgment or shame.
     Ostracized/Isolated Self: Carries the pain of exclusion or feeling misunderstood by others.
     Wounded/Overwhelmed Self: Holds emotional burdens that have been too heavy to confront directly.
